Tips From JJ (June '16) Need Mental Vacation?
Are you feeling tired or overwhelmed, overworked or on a treadmill? Are you needing a break but it’s not time for one yet or you just returned from vacation?
You work hard to get ready to go on vacation, and then you work hard to get caught up when you're back. Vacations are supposed to refresh and recharge you! Often they do but sometimes you come back more tired than when you left.
When this happens you need to take a mental vacation for a few minutes during the day to get the refreshed and recharged feeling back. How you’re feeling is the indicator.
You owe it to yourself to be and feel your best each day, so if you aren’t feeling it, use these mental vacation tips by Life Coach, Stacy Weber.

If there are other changes you would like to make in your life, consider talking to Stacy Weber on how life coaching can help you gain clarity to make those changes. She's also adding a Wellness for High Performance video series in July that you can subscribe to on her website (below).
No one can change you but you! It’s an inside job! Make the changes that will increase the quality of your life personally and professionally.
If you don’t make changes when you know change is needed, you may attract drama and trauma to make those changes happen anyway! So have the courage to make the changes now!
