3. Tele-Coaching & Tele-Mentoring

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Use the following tips as training tools. Present this situation to your group and brainstorm solutions together, or submit your own situation question to be
answered in an upcoming newsletter.
SITUATION QUESTION:
Are you considered unstoppable even when there are obstacles or challenges at work and in your life,? Who has helped you become unstoppable along the way?
SOLUTIONS:
If you've developed the attitude of being unstoppable, you've learned to meet obstacles and overcome them. You believe in yourself and your ability to persevere to the desired outcome!
Most unstoppable people have had mentors, teachers or relatives who have helped them grow. Look back over your life and you’ll remember who was there shoring you up when things went sideways. They gave you suggestions and support through those trying times. And they were your greatest cheerleader when you had a win or a success!
My career mentors have literally changed my life and my speaking and consulting career. They guided me through the ups and downs and helped me navigate the many unexpected changes in technology and the speaking business. Hopefully you are being mentored and are mentoring others who are following in your footsteps.
Personally, my mother was my greatest cheerleader and mentor. With all of the challenges in her life she was a positive example of an unstoppable person.
What prompted this newsletter was a text I received this morning from my daughter, Stacy Weber. She’s a certified Life Coach and Empowerment Coach. The picture below is what was in the text.
If you look closely at the sign she's holding, you’ll notice it reads, “I am grateful for Mom.” Stacy’s motto is, “Everything always works out for me!"
Since my mother is no longer living, I texted back to her, "WOW! Thank you, Stacy! What a surprise! If I were there, I would have put your name on the card and held it up to take my picture! You are the spark for me now! ”
What name would you put on the card? Who would put your name on their card?
Keep on being unstoppable!
